is organising the second Earth Observation Remote Sensing Workshop (EORSW 2022) from 5 to 9 December 2022 at the Training & Learning Facility (TLF) in ESEC-Galaxia, Belgium.
During this course, PhD and MSc engineering and science students from the different ESA Member and Associate States will get acquainted with the basics of remote sensing with a focus on ESA’s Earth observation satellite missions. The participants will also learn about the complementarity of radar and optical remote sensing, as well as data fusion.
The course will include theoretical lectures delivered by experts from ESA, academic institutions and industry, as well as practical sessions including exercises to be carried out with the support of EOCare which will procure the relevant computing resources.
